1. Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player", "User", or "you") and jat77 (hereinafter "jat77", "we", "us", or "our"), the operator of the online betting and gaming platform accessible at jat77.io.

By registering an account with jat77, you confirm that:

• You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full;
• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party;
• You have verified that online gambling is not prohibited in your jurisdiction;
• All information you provide during registration is accurate, complete, and current.

2. Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

This applies to all players regardless of the product or service accessed. jat77 takes its age-verification obligations seriously and may request government-issued identification, a national identity card, a valid passport, or a driving licence at any point during the account lifecycle to confirm a player's age and identity.

If a player is found to be under the age of 21 at the time of registration or at any subsequent point, jat77 will:

• Immediately suspend and permanently close the relevant account;
• Void all bets, wagers, and casino game results generated during the period of underage access;
• Withhold any winnings associated with those voided bets;
• Return net deposits (less any withdrawn amounts) at jat77's discretion, subject to applicable anti-money laundering checks.

2.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility

It is the sole responsibility of each player to determine whether online gambling is lawful in their country or territory of residence before registering or placing any bet. jat77 does not represent or warrant that its services are legally available in any specific jurisdiction. Players who access jat77 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited do so entirely at their own legal risk.

2.3 Registration Process

To create a jat77 account you must provide accurate and truthful information, including a valid email address, mobile number, and date of birth. You agree to notify jat77 promptly of any changes to your registered details. jat77 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason.

2.4 One Account Per Player

Each individual player may hold only one registered account on jat77. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances held within them.

3. Account Management

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jat77 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. jat77 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must contact jat77 support immediately at [email protected]. jat77 may temporarily suspend your account to protect your funds while the matter is investigated.

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

jat77 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in compliance with responsible gaming and anti-money laundering best practices. You may be asked to provide identity documents, proof of address, or proof of payment method at any point. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in the temporary restriction of withdrawals or, in persistent cases, account suspension.

3.3 Account Closure

You may request the closure of your jat77 account at any time by contacting support. Any outstanding real-money balance at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to KYC completion and bonus wagering requirements. jat77 may also close an account without prior notice where a material breach of these Terms has occurred.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

jat77 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). jat77 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies through local mobile money services.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are credited to your jat77 account balance instantly under normal operating conditions. Deposits via bank transfer or card may take up to one (1) business day to reflect. jat77 does not charge a platform-side fee on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, as a default measure to prevent money laundering. Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within minutes during normal operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Bank withdrawals may take up to three (3) business days. jat77 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.

4.4 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed on the relevant deposit and withdrawal pages within your jat77 account. These limits may vary by payment method and are subject to change. Players are advised to check the current limits at the time of each transaction.

5. Betting Rules

5.1 Bet Placement

All bets placed on jat77 are final once confirmed. You are responsible for verifying the details of each bet — including the selection, stake amount, and odds — before confirming. jat77 will not accept claims for the cancellation of bets placed in error except in circumstances where a clear technical error on jat77's part has occurred.

5.2 Odds and Market Availability

All betting odds offered by jat77 are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. jat77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or remove any market at any time without prior notice, including during live in-play events. Odds on cricket markets — including BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, and Bangladesh Tigers Test fixtures — are managed by jat77's trading team and reflect real-time market conditions.

5.3 Void Bets

A bet may be declared void in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or postponed without being rescheduled within the timeframe specified in the market rules; the event outcome cannot be verified; or a pricing error has materially affected the odds at which the bet was struck. Void bets are refunded to the player's account balance in full.

5.4 Multi Bet Accumulators

Multi-bet accumulators combine multiple selections into a single wager. If any single selection within an accumulator is voided, the accumulator is recalculated excluding that selection. 5.5 Maximum Winnings

jat77 reserves the right to apply maximum payout limits per bet or per event. These limits are displayed within the relevant market and may vary by sport and market type. In the event that winnings on a single bet exceed the applicable maximum, the payout will be capped at the stated limit.

6. Casino & Games

6.1 Game Availability and Fairness

Casino games available on jat77 — including Andar Bahar, Teen Patti, Dragon Tiger, Baccarat, Roulette, and all slot titles — are provided by licensed third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game uses a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, real physical dealing conducted under live studio conditions. 6.2 Disconnection Policy

In the event of a disconnection during a casino game round, jat77's system will complete the game round automatically in accordance with the game's standard rules. The result of the completed round will be binding. jat77 is not liable for losses arising from disconnections caused by issues on the player's device, browser, or internet connection.

6.3 Game Malfunctions

In the event of a confirmed game malfunction, jat77 reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the relevant stake to the player's account. "Malfunction voids all pays and plays" — this is a standard principle applied to all games on the platform.

7.1 General Bonus Terms

From time to time jat77 offers bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, and seasonal offers tied to events such as BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and Victory Day. All bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements, validity periods, minimum odds conditions, and product restrictions that are detailed in the individual promotion terms at the time the offer is made.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds must be wagered the stated number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn as cash. Unless stated otherwise in the promotion-specific terms, wagering must be completed on eligible products within the validity window. Bets placed on excluded markets or at odds below the minimum threshold will not count towards wagering requirements.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

jat77 employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse. Practices considered to constitute bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: placing offsetting bets to neutralise risk while satisfying wagering requirements; using multiple accounts to claim a promotion more than once; and systematically exploiting errors in bonus terms. Where bonus abuse is detected, jat77 reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel associated winnings, and suspend or close the relevant account.

8. Responsible Gaming

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on jat77 and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one account on the platform;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC;
• Using the platform while under the age of 21;
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corrupt wagering activity;
• Using automated betting software, bots, or any algorithmic tools to place bets;
• Attempting to exploit software glitches, errors, or vulnerabilities in jat77's systems;
• Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in casino games;
• Using jat77 to launder money or facilitate any other illegal financial activity;
• Accessing jat77 via VPN, proxy, or other means to circumvent jurisdictional restrictions;
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing jat77 staff or other players.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on jat77 — including but not limited to the jat77 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game assets, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of jat77 or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use jat77 for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from jat77 without prior written permission. Unauthorised use of jat77's intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability.

11. Privacy & Data

jat77 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering an account, you consent to jat77 processing your personal data for the purposes of account management, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, and the delivery of promotional communications where you have opted in to receive them.

jat77 does not sell personal data to third parties. All data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption and access controls. Players may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data by contacting [email protected].

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jat77 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to losses arising from bet outcomes, technical failures, interruptions to service, or unauthorised account access.

jat77 makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. jat77 reserves the right to suspend, modify, or discontinue any part of the platform at any time without prior notice.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit jat77's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

13. Amendments to These Terms

jat77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, jat77 will notify registered players by email or by displaying a notice on the platform. Your continued use of jat77 following the publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those revised Terms.

It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically for updates. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates when the most recent revision was made. If you do not agree with a revised version of the Terms, you must stop using jat77 and request account closure.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to jat77's operating jurisdiction. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through jat77's internal complaints process shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with internationally recognised arbitration rules.

jat77 does not represent that these Terms or the platform comply with the laws of Bangladesh or any other specific jurisdiction. Players are responsible for determining the legality of online gambling in their own jurisdiction before using the platform.
